Shipping policy

For all order enquiries, please email orders@studiokjp.com and state your order number.

Delivery times:

Domestic standard tracked shipping - 1-2 business days

International standard tracked shipping (UPS) - 3-5 working days

Express UPS/FedEx shipping - 1-3 working days (depending on location)

Studio collection: Please note that studio collection is only offered on Mondays and Wednesdays between 10-17:00. You will receive an email when your order is ready, but please allow a minimum of 72 hours before collecting your goods, especially during busy periods when it may take longer to reach and process your order.

Please note that our prices do not currently include any additional import duties or taxes, and it is the responsibility of the customer to check if additional fees will apply upon delivery.
